Atec is please to announce that Jim Fleming and Patrick Julik have joined the Atec team as exclusive consultants. Both Fleming and Julik bring respected knowledge and large test cell experience to Atec. Fleming is attending MRO Americas this week in Atlanta and Julik is visiting Atec, assisting in the company’s project activities. Atec is in an extreme period of growth and is busy at all 10 of our international locations.
Both consultants bring almost 40 years of combined experience in the turbine test cell industry. Jim Fleming was the Senior Vice President and Pat Julik was the Vice President of Operations of one of the world’s leading commercial test cells cell suppliers for the aeroengine industry. Both helped the company to profitably grow during their time there. Jim and Pat join Don Drewry, Mitch Theisen, Tim Wakefield and others in our Minnesota office.
Fleming has a background in developing projects, negotiating contracts and overseeing key relationships for equipment and construction of test facilities. Fleming has a lot of experience working with the aeroengine OEMs and was responsible for selling test facilities worldwide. Fleming will be strategizing, planning and expanding our turbofan test cell opportunities.
Julik was responsible for developing software for the first VXI-based test system for aeroengine test. He developed several VXI and PC based instruments and did a recent stint with a control systems provider. Julik has delivered numerous sophisticated large fan test cell projects and developed test capabilities for the LEAP engine program. Pat is a recognized SME in worldwide aerosupport fabrication and construction. He will be adding horsepower to our test cell project operations.
