October 2, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL — Today’s successful Morelos-3 Satellite mission launch marks the 113th launch with Atec manufactured and tested valves for Rocketdyne’s RL10 engine. This morning an Atlas V launched from complex 41 carrying Mexico’s next-generation communications satellite into orbit. The satellite for Mexico’s Ministry of defense will help the country’s telecommunication efforts.
